The Promotional Marketing industry in Ireland is governed by laws and codes which have been devised in order to ensure that we act responsibly as an Industry.

To help our members ensure that all promotional activity is both legally and morally sound we have compiled a list of the current legislation governing the marketing and promotion of products in Ireland along with the relevant Codes of Practice. Click through the links to find the relevant documentation. This overview is provided for information only and the APMC recommends that individual legal advice should be sought when developing promotional marketing campaigns.
