Job Description
We are Ireland’s premier communications agency working across a wide range of disciplines including ATL/BTL/PR/Digital/Social. We are currently seeking an account director/senior account manager (minimum 5 years of marketing experience). The successful candidate for this role will have extensive BTL and Digital experience with a focus on Social Media marketing.
Desired Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will have thorough experience in implementing campaigns across all BTL and digital channels, including experiential, radio promotions, in-store, POS, on-pack, DM, CRM, outdoor, digital & social media. They will have a strong creative instinct, and be able to work closely with a creative team in formulating campaign briefs, keeping the creative team up to speed on client requirements and activity.

To be considered for this role you should be native to all current mainstream social media and keep abreast of new and emerging social trends. You will have proven experience in integrating social media into through the line marketing strategies. You will be an excellent writer/communicator, and will have extensive experience of having created and managed content for specified communities. You will also be well practiced in community interaction and content management.

The successful candidate for this role will be someone who will be able to grasp and appreciate the client’s business needs and goals. In addition, they will be able to apply strategic direction, and manage client expectations. They will have a strong commercial instinct, in terms of both the client’s and agency’s business goals, with the ability to develop the business relationship. The successful candidate must have highly developed communication skills – written, verbal and presentation. In addition to this, relationship management capabilities are crucial and should be carried out in a personal and professional manner.
