<p>Key Client contact in managing assignments on a day-to-day basis. Works with Account Director/Business Director to manage overall Client relationship and to ensure all campaigns deliver on brand strategy (and on financial targets).</p>
<p><strong> </strong><strong>Main Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Act as primary day-to-day contact for various clients across the full range of integrated services</li>
<li>Work with Account Director to manage overall business and ensure that all team members are working together to deliver great work to our clients</li>
<li>Responsible for delivering day-to-day activity on Client&#8217;s business &#8211; including executing agreed scope of work assignments, ensuring that they are delivered on time and on budget with full Client approval</li>
<li>Oversee and manage all Agency/Client communication requirements including contact reports, status reports, competitive reports and job estimates/scope of work</li>
<li>Follow protocols for budget control, quality control and legal clearance and ensures that direct reports are aware of and comply with these protocols</li>
<li>Contribute to new business development, involvement in tendering, pitch preparation and delivery</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Experience: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or similar</li>
<li>3+ years of marketing experience, advertising or agency experience with some activation experience an advantage</li>
<li>Solid understanding of integrated marketing communications</li>
<li>Excellent communications skills</li>
<li>Team player who is positive and upbeat</li>
</ul>

<p>Senior Account Executive<br />
As a Senior Account Executive with Havas Dublin, you will work on projects for a diverse portfolio of blue-chip brands, responsible for the planning and execution of successful, category-leading campaigns.<br />
Working alongside a dedicated team of account managers, directors, creatives, and interns, you will ensure that all aspects of your campaigns are activated on time and on budget, in the best possible way.<br />
Most importantly though, you will ensure that your clients are 100% satisfied with the results.<br />
The successful candidate will have experience in the following fields:</p>
<p>Client Management<br />
The most important skill an account handler can possess. You will have experience in direct client management, and will be required to build strong relationships with all your clients.</p>
<p>Experiential<br />
Planning and executing events from end to end, managing logistics, and making sure everything goes precisely to plan. Occasionally it doesn’t, so you need to be able to think on your feet and keep cool under pressure.</p>
<p>Shopper Marketing<br />
With an excellent understanding of the processes involved including proofing and sending artwork, liaising with printers, clients and the creative team.</p>
<p>Social, Digital, OOH &amp; PR<br />
As these are common channels our clients activate in, you must be au-fait with technology, the latest trends, and what’s going on in the world around you.</p>
<p>General Tasks<br />
Including preparing quotes, CPAs &amp; presentations, getting stuck into creative sessions and working with all internal departments.</p>
<p>Essential Skills<br />
• Excellent attention to detail and highly organised<br />
• An interest in and hunger for creating marketing magic<br />
• A strong desire to deliver Table Tennis batterings to your colleagues<br />
• Working in a fast-paced team and keeping a cool head under pressure<br />
• Knowledge of artwork generation and production processes<br />
• An understanding of all the elements that make a great cup of tea; including, but not limited to, strength and brewing time<br />

<p>Where does this role fit within the overall business? To oversee the staffing function of the agency who have responsibility for recruiting and deploying engaging, reliable promotion staff that will deliver campaign objectives.<br />
What is the purpose of this role? To establish and maintain the systems and processes that enable the staffing team to recruit, train and retain best in class field staff able to deliver clients project objectives.<br />
What are the core responsibilities?<br />
1) Staffing Services<br />
a) Oversee staffing function to deliver 99% compliance. Create procedures to evaluate staff performance<br />
b) Ensure policies and documentation are updated in line with legal requirements. Oversee payroll. Manage field staff HR and discipline<br />
c) Conduct regular analysis of staff database to ensure data is accurate. Identify potential staffing gaps<br />
d) Influence and recommend reporting and evaluation methods to ensure learnings are captured and shared<br />
e) Work with wider project team to understand what success looks like for the client. Strategize and organize annual recruitment plans to ensure that staff are profiled and trained to be the best in class</p>
<p>2) Business Performance<br />
a) Utilises financial information to ensure that the team work within defined guidelines of cost to book field staff and cost to train field staff. Understands and applies a commercial acumen to ways of working to best enhance profitability<br />
b) Complete or approve the staffing sections of campaign budgets, protecting contribution to profits</p>
<p>3) People Performance<br />
a) Understand and train the team to relevant people management skills that can be applied to our collective field based team that will support motivation, performance and retention<br />
b) Review the performance of team members via regular feedback with managers, formal PADRs and training and development programs<br />
c) Demonstrates a firm, pro-active, calm and consistent attitude</p>
<p>Does this role contribute to other areas of the business? Works in conjunction with Business Director to identify opportunities for additional revenue streams for client seeking independent staffing services.</p>
