Account Director – goosebumpº

An exciting and growing company with an impressive client list, goosebumpº is looking for an experienced professional to lead a busy Account Team at one Ireland’s leading BTL agencies.
Extensive BTL capabilities is a core requirement with, ideally, a minimum of 5 years’ experience. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong strategic ability, good project management skills, working knowledge of Social Media, and the capacity to lead a Team and develop client relationships.
At goosebumpº, each Account Director is ultimately responsible for each of their accounts in terms of managing the relationship between their clients and agency, the strategic direction of all projects, the quality of all work produced by the agency and the creative excellence of all work on their accounts.
The Account Director is also responsible for managing, developing and training their own Team within the agency, so time will need to be set aside for you to ensure that each member of your Team is developing to their optimum performance and abilities.
And, naturally, our new Account Director will also have responsibility for sourcing New Business.
